Creating a Sustainable Financial Platform For Missions

By Darrell Amy, Kingdom Missions Fund Every mission needs resources to function: people, time, and money. If any of these are lacking, fulfilling the mission can be a challenge. If you have people and time but no funds, the ministry is under-resourced. If you have people that have to put forth a lot of effort…

Go In the Strength You Have

By Darlene Terry, Helping Hands-Harboring Hope This is not a great time to be heading to India. Thank you for your interest in the Kingdom Missions Fund!

All of us are called to be a part of the great commission to go into the world and make disciples. For each individual and business this means something different. For some, it means to say “yes” to the call to go to a foreign country. For many of us, this means backing people who are called to the mission eld with financial support and prayer.

The World is Changing

The challenge is that changes in the world are threatening the way missions are funded. Geopolitics: Walls are coming back up that may affect the free ow of money and people into countries. Economics: Increasing debt may lead to economic downturns reducing the amount of money available for charitable contributions. Demographics: The aging segments of the population tend give a higher percentage of their income

New Approaches Are Needed

We believe that new approaches are needed to address these challenges. That’s why we created the Kingdom Missions Fund. Together we are working to:

  1. Create a giving model that will providing perpetual funding to missions — even if giving rates drop in the future.
  2. Invest in innovative missions projects that are smart, sustainable and scalable. By doing this we are helping to foster new ideas that will allow missions to survive and thrive in a new world.

Thank You For Caring About the Kingdom
